Yes! We accept certain out-of-network insurance plans in our office including:

•Aetna  •Blue Cross Blue Shield  •Cigna  •United Healthcare

Patients may use Flex Spending or HSA accounts for treatment payments and other services. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, or are unsure of your coverage, do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff will either verify and/or explain if we accept your insurance and have benefits before treatment. If we do not accept your particular insurance directly we are happy to send the appropriate forms to your insurance company on your behalf to be considered for direct reimbursement.

Transformational Healthcare accepts payment of cash, personal check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). We do not accept certain insurances or Medicare assignment for payment. Most insurance companies in New York State are required to cover chiropractic services. If insurance company reimbursement is a priority for you, please speak with your insurance company or employer directly about your out-of-network insurance coverage and reimbursement possibilities.
